I have questions about my charges. What are they for?

The first payment (corresponding to your first monthly subscription fee) will be charged to the credit or debit card you indicated when you opened your account.

We will start to charge you each month, on the same day of the month as you signed up on our platform, using the credit or debit card you indicated when you opened your account.

Remember that you can view and print your invoices from your Customer Area (opens new window) in the Invoices > View Invoices section.

When will I be charged for my OneSoccer subscription?

The invoicing period will start on the same day of the month as you signed up. If you sign up on the 27th, your subscription will be renewed the 27th of each month and we will charge you on that day.

How do I download or print my invoices?

In your Customer Area (opens new window), go to the “Invoices” section. You can consult your invoices and pay any outstanding invoices with a credit or debit card.

Then you can renew your subscription in your Customer Area (opens new window) by clicking Reactivate

There was a problem with my card and my subscription has been deactivated. What should I do?

In your Customer Area (opens new window), go to the “Invoices” section. You can consult your invoices, change your payment method and reactivate your account.
