# I just signed up. How long will it be until the service is available?
The service is activated immediately following sign-up, but we recommend that you sign up as early as possible, access the platform and view some content before the game or event you want to see starts.
Once you finish the sign-up process, go to onesoccer.ca (opens new window) and click Log In, in the top right corner of the screen, and then enter your access credentials.
Keep in mind that if you sign up during the broadcast of an important game, there may be high traffic from other people signing up at the same time, which could make activation of the service take longer.
If you have already signed up and the platform is not active, get in touch with us using the contact form so that we can activate your service as quickly as possible.
# I have signed up for OneSoccer and can't access the service.
If you signed up recently, check that you have been charged the corresponding fee and, if so, contact us and send us the following information so that we can verify it and fix the problem as quickly as possible.
- Full name
- ID
- Email address
- Contact telephone
If you have not been charged, the process did not finish correctly and you will have to sign up for OneSoccer again.
Remember that activation may take a few minutes.
# How many users can be online at the same time?
Your OneSoccer user account is for individual access. You can log in from different devices, but not simultaneously. A single user cannot access the service on multiple devices at the same time.
# I've forgotten my user name. How can I recover it?
If you can't remember your user name for OneSoccer (opens new window), get in touch with us using our contact form and we will send you your user name as quickly as possible after verifying your identity

# I can't access my Customer Area with my user name and password. What should I do?
If you are unable to access your Customer Area (opens new window) with your user name and password, we recommend that you reset your password here (opens new window).
If you still are unable to access your account, contact us at info@onesoccer.ca or report the problem using the contact form.
# I don't want to use OneSoccer anymore. How can I cancel my subscription?
At the moment you decide you no longer want to use our services, you can cancel your subscription from your Customer Area (opens new window) by selecting the My Subscription > Cancel Subscription options.
If your payment method is credit card, you must request cancellation at least one (1) day and at most thirty (30) working days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. You'll have access to OneSoccer up to your next renewal date.
Remember that until your request is carried out, you can undo the cancellation at any time from your Customer Area (opens new window). If you want to enjoy OneSoccer again in the future, you can reactivate your subscription from your Customer Area (opens new window).
# I requested cancellation but I've changed my mind
If you have already canceled your OneSoccer subscription but you've changed your mind and want to keep enjoying the best soccer, you can undo your cancellation from your Customer Area (opens new window) by entering your user credentials and selecting My Subscription > Undo Cancellation.
